RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Audio Visual Theta, we are committed to delivering high-quality audio-visual equipment and services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All sales are subject to the terms below. By purchasing from Audio Visual Theta, you agree to this policy.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any return or refund request at our sole discretion.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted only if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging are included
- The item has no signs of installation, wear, or damage
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Used, installed, or modified equipment
- Clearance or final sale items
- Software, digital products, or downloadable content
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos showing the issue and packaging
- We will evaluate and offer:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Partial or full refund (if applicable)
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
5. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return authorization (RMA)
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Important:
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
6. RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the condition of the returned item.
7. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Refunds may be reduced for:
- Missing parts
- Damage
- Signs of use
8. SHIPPING COSTS
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins
10. EVENT & RENTAL EQUIPMENT (IMPORTANT)
For rented or event-based equipment:
- Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 7 days prior to event date
- Damages, missing items, or misuse will be charged to the customer
- Late returns may incur additional fees
11. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
